Amy has been in private practice in Silicon Valley since 1992. Her extensive experience in law and business gives Amy the ability to offer her clients a variety of specialized estate planning tools to meet their specific needs. From basic estate planning matters to preparing complex trusts, Amy works with each of her clients to determine exactly what they need and what their long-term goals are so she can help them successfully plan their estates. Amy is an experienced litigator, having successfully represented clients in numerous jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations. She now concentrates these skills on matters relating to will contests and beneficiary challenges. Amy has handled licensing and business development projects for Microsoft Corporation. And, prior to law school, Amy was a public finance officer at the First National Bank of Chicago. During that time she served on Chicago's historic mayoral campaign and transition team for Harold Washington. She is a member of the Trusts & Estate Section of the State Bar of California and a member of the Monterey County Bar Association. The most fun times for Amy are spent traveling and in nature; hiking, kayaking and scuba diving, with her husband, Anthony. Bar and Court Admissions
