He founded Lombardo & Gilles with Jeff Gilles in 1998.<br /> <br /> Since 1982, the primary focus of Tony's practice has been advancing development projects in Monterey and San Benito Counties, as well as throughout the coastal areas of California. As a result, Tony has extensive experience practicing before the California Coastal Commission. Tony has built a reputation as a fierce and successful advocate of his clients' property rights.<br /> <br /> Prior to starting his own law firm in 1994, Tony was a partner in the firm of Noland, Hamerly, Etienne & Hoss, specializing in land use and real estate matters. </p> <p class="plaintext"> Tony received his Juris Doctor Degree from Santa Clara University in 1982, and his Bachelor of Science Degree from Santa Clara University in 1979.
